Use Permit No. 986 subject to conditions to establish a walk-up restaurant on subject

WH[REAS, the petitioner has never exercised the use ap~roved, and instead erected
a se~i-enclosed restaurant which has also t~en closed; and
VJHEREAS, the Plannina CoTmission on IJovember 30, 1970 granted Conditional Use Permit
IJo. 1212 for the establishment of on-sala beer and ~:vine in conjunction with an enclosed
restaurant on subject ~roperty, tf~us nullifying subject petition.
N07J, TIiEREFORL-, BE IT RFSOLVED that the AnaF~eim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings on Conditionai Use Permit No. 986 on the basis of the foi.going
findings.
