'~ '?ESOLUTION OF THE CITY nLAIvNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PFTITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2221
BE GRANTED
~h:;TEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
Erom vaALTER AND POROTHY SCHMIDT, 513 North Hawtnorne Street, Anaheim, California 92805, Owners
of certain real property sit~ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as Lot 3 of Tract Pdo. 1559, as per map recorded in Book 47, page
5,f Miscellaneous Maps records of said County.

WHEREAS, th~ City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on November 30, 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and r.onsider
evidence for end against said p~oposed varience end to ir.vestigate and meke findings and recommendafions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
3nd after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following
fects
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipe] Code:

addi.tion, and have submitted a petition to that affect.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grnnt subject
Petition for Varience, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be e necessary prerequisite to the pro-
~ posed use of !he subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE
f Anaheim.
~ 1. That the existing structi:re shzlJ. be brought u~ to the mirimum standards of the
City of Anahaim, including the Uniform Building, Pluinbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical
and Fire Codes as adooted by the Cit~ of Anaheim.
~ 2. That Condition No. 1 shzll be complied with within 90 days from the date of this
