WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Nall in the City of Anaheim
on DecembEx 28~ 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given
as required by law and in acco:dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64,to hear

NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the follow-
ing conditi.ons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequesite to the
proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and gen-
eral ~aelfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to ihe
completion of Reclassification No. 69-70-56, now pending.
?. That final tract maps for the condominium propr,sala shall be
, snbmitted to and approved by the City Council and then be
~~' recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
' 3. That final tract maps of Tract Nos. 7218 and 7219 shall be
',;'L submitted to and approved by the City Council and then be
~ recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
~ 4. That the covenants, conditions, and restrictions shall be
submitted to and approved by the City Attorney's Office prior
~ ; to City Council approval of the final trac[ map, and, Curther,
~ ' that the approved covenants, conditions, and restrictions shall
I be recorded concurrently with the final tract map.
j - 5. That the private common drivew,sys shall be reduced to 12 feet
~ in :oidth with ninimum 6-inch curb:ing.
6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance

City Council may grant.
