~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOI.VED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
; Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
~ .~ posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the saEety and general welfare oE the Citizens oE the City of
Anaheim.
~ 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
; ! specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, provided however,
~. that the wall along the "0" sideyard shall be constructed of natural masonry f'inish which
i shall remain unfinished to preclude unharmonious colors v~hicl~ will face the adjoining
property owners.
i ' 2. That the "0" lot line shall be used for the locati.cn of gara9es only which shall not
'` be used as living quarters.
~:~~~~ 3. That the Development Services Department shall review all house plans to determi.ne
~;;~~ whether the location of windows and doors are such that maximum privacy will be offered to
future residents.
