A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2152 HE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did recetve a verified Petition for Veriance
from MARGARET MAYES, CLAREt~iCE CLEMENT~ CLAIRE J. SHORT AND NORMA JEAN WYNNE, 16I North

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hcering at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on February 259 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as cequired
by law end ln accordence with the pmvisions oE the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider evi-
dence for end ageinst seid proposed variance and to investigete and make findings and reoommendetions in connection
tl~erewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalE,
c~nd efter due consideration of all evidence end reporta offered et seid hearing, does find end detecmine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests s vatience 8nm the Aneheim Municipal Code as follows, to establish
an industrial complex on subject property:
SECTION 18.52.060(1-a,Z - Required structural setbacH adiacent to residentiallv
zoned oroperties. (40 feet required; less than 1 foot
proposed).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition Eor Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby fa~nd to be a necessary prerequisite to t6e pro-

' posed use of the subject properry in order to preserve the safety and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
~~ 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
~ 69-70-35, now pending.
~ 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with aoproved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view.
" 5. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities, subject to review
~ by the Development Services and Utilities Department as to its feasibility or modification.
, 6. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall be comolied with prior
to final building and zoning inspections.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantialiy in accordance with plans and
specificaations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. ly 2, 3, and 4, and
Area Development Plan No. 105, Alternate 6.
