point of beginning being a point in the east line of Lot 18
of the Eucalyptus r^orest Tract as shown on a Map recorded in
L-ook 5, pages 29 and 30 of hiiscellaneous tdaps, records of
Orange County California, distant from tY,e centerline inter-
section of Miraloma Avenue and Red Gum Street the £ollowing
courses and distances South 73° 43' 00" West 264 feet, South
16° 17' 00" East, 20 feet; thence
Leaving the said existinq City limit line of the Ci~y
of Anaheim, South 16° 17' 00" East, 310 feeL• along the east
line of said Lot 18, to the southeast corner thereof; thence
Snuth 73° 43' 00" West, 132 feet along the south line of Lot
18 of said Eucalyptus Forest Tract to the southwest corner

1. That ail engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, sur,h as r,urbs and qutters,
sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilitiesy or other appurtenant woik shall be
. compliea with as required by tlie City Eigineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the properLy is develop-
ed.
~, 2. That dedication shall be made to the City of Anaheim on all streets within che areaY
according to the Circula±ion Element of the General Plan "liighway Rigt~ts of VJay," prior to
= the adoption of ordinances rezoning }}1e property.
~h~ 3. That the owner of subject property shall instail street lighting on all streets witfiin
~ the area, as required by the Director of Public Utilities.
4. That a~reliminary title report shall be furnished prior to ttie adcption of an
ordinance rezoning tfie property, showing legal vesting ef title, legal dascri~tion~ and
containing a map of the property.
