A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. ?1?9 gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plannine Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition fot Varience from
MF,RGAP.ET S. WRIGHT9 P. 0. Box 425, Anaheim, California °2805, O~rner of certain real pronerty
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californiay ~escribed as Lot 17
of Tract No. 2161, as per map recorded in Book 63y Pages 33 to 35 inr,lusive of Miscellaneous
Mapy in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
* WHEREAS, the City Plonning Commisaion did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on

1. Thet the petltioner requests e variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code as fol lows, to permit ~he

3. That the minimum required number of on-site pa:king spaces is deemed necessary in
oider to avoid tne encroachment of commercia] parking onto local residential streets.
~. That although subject property is zoned C-1, General Commercial, the requi*ements of
~ said zone for parking areas and landscaping where residential structu:es are used for
cornmercial purposes are necessary to protect the adjoining properties and to maintain the
liigh develoE~ment standards of thP City of Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner did not demo~strate that a hardship exists wliich would justify
~~ granting subject petition, since he was unable to demonstrate that the property was being
deprived of a substantial property ri9ht enjoyed by other pr~;,Arties in th~ genera] area.

Petition for Veriance on the basis of the eforementioned findings.
