WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at lhe City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
April 20, 19709 at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim htunicipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said propnsed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspect?on, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the follo wing facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Perr,~it is authorized by Code
Section 18.64.020(3-t) to wit: establish a transportation center witl, bus storage faci-
lities and incidental rental of automobiles.
2. That the pcoposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development u[
the erea in which itis proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape oE the site proposed for the use is adequate to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peece, health, safety, and general welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, saEcty, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner stipulated that buses would only be stored cvernight on the
propertyy and that ter. automobiles ~ould be parked on the property for rental purposes.
6. That the petitioner stipulated to construction of a decorative masonry wall
enclosing subject property.
%. ihat the petitioner stipulated to no repair facilities being established or
repair functiortsbeing conducted on subject property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ate hereby found to be a necessary pterequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfere of !he Citizens of the
City of Anaheien:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City oi Anaheirn the sum of
15~ pe= front foot along Katella Way for tree planting purposes.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the east, soutn, and west
property lines and shall be complied with within one year from date hereof, or such time
as the Planning Comrnission may grant, and as stipulated to by the petitioner.
4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be propex•ly shielded from view.
5. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commence-
ment of the activity autl~orized under ~his re:,olution, or prior to the time that the building
permit is issued, or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, ivhichever occurs first,
or such further time as the Planning Commission may grant.
6. That Condition Nos. 2, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
buildin9 and zoning inspections.
7. That subjeci: property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1.
