2. That the petitioner is proposing ko construct a 220-square foot roof sign on the

possessed b~ other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
5• T'hat the requested variance will not be meterially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the pc+op-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.

Petitton for Variance, apon the Eollowing conditians which are hereby found to be e nocassery prerequisite to the pro-
posed uae of the subJect property in order to preserve the safeYy and genetal welfete of the Citizens ot the City of
Aneheim,
1. That aub~ect properry sha11 be developed eubetontiel],y in accordance with plans
r~nd specificetiona on fi.le with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No, 1, provided
however, that the readerboard portion of the aign is removed.
2. 'I'hal• adequate clearanca of exiating electrical lines ahall be provided as required by
the Clectrical Divieion, Department of Public Utilitiea, and the State of Galifornia G.O, 95.
3. Thae Condition No, 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of
180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the Planning Commisaion may grant.
