WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
•' 3 June 2, 1971, at7: 30 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
J': law and in accordance with the pravisions of the "~aheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and ia its behalf, and
after due considecation of all evidence and repc+rts ofEered at said hearing, does Eind end detertnine the following facts:
; 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionei Use Permit is authorized 6y Code :

Petltion for Condltionel U~ e Permit, upon the following conditlons whlch are hereby found to be a neceseory prerequlalte
