WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City oE Aneheim
on June 2, 1971, at7:30 ~ o'clock P.M,, notice of said public hearing having been duly given
as required by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chapter 18,64,to hea~
and consider evidence for and against sald pmposed conditional use end to lnvestigate end muke findings end
rpcommendations in connection therewith; and
;~ WHEnEAS, sai mission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its be-
- f half, end aEter due consi e n of ell evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the
, following facts:
~` 1, Thot the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code:
i Section 18.64.050(a) to wit: estaUli3h an ambulance s~rvice in an existing residence
with parking in th~e required front landscaped area.
; 2. That the proposed use, although commercial in nature, is not compatible with
~~ the single family 12nd uses long established in cloae proximity particularly since
, j~ it backs up to said single family residences.
3. That the proposed use is considered one of the least desirable commercial land
i~ uses when established adjacent to single family residential uses, since hours of operation
~~ and noises emanating from the vehicles are very disrupCive and disturbing to the heslth
and ~eneral welfare of the surrounding area,
'~ 4. That tr~e proposed use will adversely affect the ad,joining land uses and the
'Y growth P~d development of the area in which it is
proposed to be located.
~ S. fhae rhe size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to
,~ allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
:~ particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of
~';~ the City of Anaheim.
;~ 6. That the granting of the conditional use permit under the conditions imposed,
~~~~ if any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the
il.;. Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
