DANFORTH, 1426 South Adria Street, Ariaheim, C~liEox~nia 92802, Ownera of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County ulr Orange, Stete oE Celifornia, deacribed as Lot 11 of Tract No. 3303, as shown on a map recor.ded in Book ].10, ;~., PaRea 33 and 34 of Miscellaneaus Maps, recorda of Orange Cout«y. ~ ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiesicn did hold e public headng at the City Hall in the Clty of Anaheim on i June 14, 1971, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required by ' ~ law and in eccordance wf.th the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to t~ear and conaider evidence for ~ end egainst seid proposed varience and to inveatigate end make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; ~ ~ ; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investlgetion, end study made by itself end in its behalf, and after dua consideration of ell evidence and repor~a offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1.
