1. That the propose9 use is properly one for wh:ch a Condi`ionel Use Permit is eu'thorized by Cod?:
Section 1~.64.060(g) to wit: permit on-sale beer in bn existing billiard parlor.
2. Tnat the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoin, g la~i9 uses and the grov~th and deve;opment uf
the ar~o in which it is proposed to be 1~^ated.
3. That the size and shap: ~f the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detr~ ~ta! to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general weifare o[

Petitlon (or Conditlonel Uae Permit, upon the tollowing condiNona whiah ere hereby Eound to be a necessery prerequlsite
to the proposed use of the aubJect property in order to preaerve the Aefety and generel welta~e ot thc Citlzens of tlie
City of Anaholm:
1. That the owners of aub~ect property shAll deed to the City of Anaheim a ~stri.p of land
53 feet in width ~from the centerline of rhe atreet along 13a11 l~oad for street wider~ing purposes.
2. That street lighti.ng facllities along Ball Road shall be installed as require.~~ by the
Director ~f Public Utilitiea ~ud in accordance with atandard plans end specificationa un file
in ;.he office oL ktie Directar oE Public Utilitiea; and that a bond in an amount nd form
satieEactory Ca the City of Anaheim ahall be posted with the City L•o guarantee rhe inst:allation

3. That the ownera of aubject propPrty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 154

6. That subject property shall be d•veloped aubstantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City oE Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos, 1 and 2, provided however,
