WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing a't the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on

law and nn accotdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Miinicipal code, +Char'~r 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
~ for and agair.st said proposed conditional use ar~d to invesiigate nnd meke findings and recommendt~tions in connection

t WHEREAS, sxid Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study madE by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports oEfered at said hearing, does find and determine the following EactS:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by COde

general welfaze of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:

prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resolution, or

L80 days from the date he~~eof, whichever occurs first, or such further~ time
as the Planning Commission may grant.
lU, That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and &, above mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
11. That the existing structure shall be removed or relocated at such time
