June 28, 19'll, at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice oE said public hearing having been duly given as required by

! y~; N'HEREAS, said Cnmmission, after due inspection, investigat{on, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and

1, That the p~oposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code

w.th an existina churoh.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development uf
`~ the area in which it is proposed to be located.
• .'~ 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
