_ WHEREAS, said Comm+asion, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its be-
half, end aEter due considerati ~ of all evide7ce end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the
following facts:
1. Thatthe Planning Commission proposes a reclassifical-ion ~f the above described
propErty from the County of Orattge 100-C1, 10,000 Commercial District and R2-1500 Multiple
Family Residential Uiskrict to the City o£ Anaheim R-A, Agricult~ral, Zone.
2. TFiat the proposed reclassification will establisli City of Anaheim zoning on
su!~ject property at si~ch time as rhe property is a-inexed into the City.
3. That the proposed recl~ssification of subject property is necessary ard/or
desa.ra~le for the orderly and proper development of the community.
4. That th~~ proposed reclassific~tio~~ of subject property does properly relate to
rl~e zones and their permitted usea locally estabYished in close proximity to sub~ect
property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the
