NOW, TIIrR~rORG, E~ IT RGSOLVED that the Anaheim City 1'lanning Cormniseion does hereby
recommend to the City Council o£ the City of Anaheim that sub~ect Yetition far reclassi-
lication be appro~•ed and, by ao doing, that Ti.~le 18-'l,oning of the Anaheim rtunicLpai Code
be amended to exclude rhe above described pLOperty from the G.;unty of Or.ange 100-C1,10,000,

upon the followin~ conditions which are hereby found to be a necessAry prerequieite to the
proposed use of sub~ect properky in order to preserve the saEety and general welfare of the
Citizene of the City of Anaheim.
1. That theae recl.aesiEication proceedings are granted suUject to the completion ot-
annexation of aub,ject property into the City of Anaheim,
2. That all engineer.ing reyuiremente of the City of Anaheim such es curbs and guttera,
sidewalks, street grAding and paving, drainage facilitiss, or other appurtennnt work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with atandard plans and
specifications on Eile in the uffice of the City Gngineer, at the time the property is
developed.
3. That the ownera oE suLject propert,~ atiall install srreet lighting on all srreets
within the area, as required by the birecto~ of Public Utilities at rhe time the property
is deve"loped.
4, That a preliminary title report shall l~e furnished prior to the adoption of the
ordinance rexoning each parcel of• the property, showing legr~l vesting of title, legal
description, and containing a map of the property.
5. That drainage shall be disposed of in a manner saL-isfactory to the City Cngineer,
6. That ordinancPS reclassifying the properCy shall be adopted as each parcel is
