WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing ot the City Hall in the City oE Aneheim on
Februa.ry 8~ 1971~ at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice ot seid public hearing having been duly given as requi-•ed by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18,64, to henr and ccnsider evidence
for and ageir.st said pcoposed conditional use and 4o investigate and make findings end recommendstions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Cammission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports affered ~t said hearing, does find and determine the fotlowing Eacts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one Eor which a C~nditional Use PermIt is vuthorizecf by Code
Section 18.64.020(2-g) to wit: e~tablish an automatic carwash with accessory yasoline sal _~.

the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape oE the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development oF the
proposed use in a manner not detrimenEal to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the granting oE the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if ony, will not be det~imental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfa-4 of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the peti.tioner sti~ulated to re~olving the ingress-egress problem on the East
Street frontage.
6. That the petitioner was apprised of th~ requirement of the Anaheim Municipal Code:
Section 6.70 which establishes a maximum noise level of 60 decibels a~ the property line, and
that the petitioner stipulated to complying with said rt~aximum.
7. That one person appeared in opposition to any additional car washes in the City of
Anaheim.

(13) That Condition Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, above mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.

(14) That the houra of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
during the months of May through October, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
during the montha of November through April, as sCipulated to by the

be maintained at all times, as stipulated to by the peticioner.
