! WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Heli in the City of Anaheim on
~ August 9, 1971 , et 2:00 o'clock P.M,, notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
.~~ law ond in accordance with the provisi~ns of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18,64, to hear end consider evidence
~;~ for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
_ ~ ~, therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalE, and
alter due consideration of all evidence and reperts ofEered at said hearing, does Eind and determine the following tacts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code
SECTT~N 18.64,020(1-f) to wit: Permit the expar.sion of an existing private educational
facility,
2, That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape oE the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety~ and general welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the coaditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
fo the peace, health, sa:ety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NUW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anehefm Clty Planning Commiaelon does hereby grant subject
petltlon fo~ Conditfonal Use Permit, upon the tollowing conditions which arn hereby Eound to be a neceaev,ry prerequisite
to the ptoposed use of the subJect property fn ordet to presetve the aefety and goneral woltare of the Citlzene ot the
City ot Anahclm:
1, That street lighting facilities along Loara Street shall be inatal'led Aa req~air.ed
by the Director of I'uhlic 1Jtilities and in accordence with ~l:An~'~rd plans and spectEications
on [ile in the uffice of rhe Director of F'ublic Utilittea; and [r,at a bond in an amounG attd
iorm satiafactory to the City of Anaheim sha11 be poseed with Lhe City to guArantee ct!e
iastallation of the above mentioned requirement.
2, That trash alora$e ar~as sha11 be provided in accordance wilh approved plac:s on
file with the o.Efice o~ the Uirector oC I'uhlic Worka.
3. That aubJect property ahall be served by underground ul•ili~_tes,
4. That L-he owner(s) oE aub,ject properl•y shall pay to L•he CiLy of Anahel.m khe sum of
15~ per front foot along Loar.a Street for tree planting purposes.
5. 1'hat the exieting structure shall be brought up to the minimum etandards uf. tl~e r,{,ty
of Anelieim, including the Unl~form Auilding, Plumbing, I:lecErical, tlousLng, Mechanical and
P'ire Codes as adopled by the City of Anah~Lm,
6. That any sign on sub~ect properry shall he limited to a maximum 8-square feet in rarea..
7. That subject proper~y shall Ue developed substantiall.y in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibi.t Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
8, Thet Condition Nos. 1 and 4, above mentioned, shall Ue complied with pri.or tu the
commencement of the acti.vity authorized under this resolution, or prior to the time that rhe
building permit is issued, or within a period of 180 days from the date hereof, whic}~ever
occurs first or suc"n further time as the Plannin~ Commission may grant,
9. That Conditlon I~os. 2, 3, 5, and 7, above menCioned, shall be complied with prior
ro final building and zonin~ inspections.
