That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code: SECT_ ION 18.04.090(2-h-4) - Requi.red block well heignt (6 teer required; 8-feet, 8-inches proposed). h 2 ~ a V ~~ ~' ~ 2. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstences or conditions applicable to the property involved _ or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the propert}~ or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. ~' 3.
