SC!iMEHR, 2323 North Broadway, Suite 450, Santa Az~a, California 92706, Aqents, o£ certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Statc of California, describec~ as the south half of the south- west quart - of the northwect quarter of section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Solsas and Rancho San Juan Ca~on de Santa Ana, partly in the City of Anaheim and p~rtly in the City of Garden Grove, as per map recorded in book 5.l page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of s~td county ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim o n S e p t. 2 0, 19 71 , at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in .~ccordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municioal C~de, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidenca for and against said proposed reclassification end to investigate end meke findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and i WHEREAS, said Commisston, after due inspection, investigetion, anrl study made by itself end in its b~ '~ helf, and efter due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the Eollowing facts: 1. That the petitioner proposes e reclassificetion of the ebove described property from the R-A, AGRICUL- Ti1RAL, 2one to the C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATIOI~, 20NE. 2, That subject property is bounded on three sides by single family residential areas, and approval of the requested zoning ~rithout specific deve~opment plans could present problema in asaur.ing that e proposed C-R use would be campatible with rhe gen- eral residential cheracter of L•he neighborhood. 3. That no evidence was submitted to warrant favorable consideratiun to approv- ing C-R Zoning on the property in such a manner that it would not be detrimental to Clie residenCial integrity of the area. 4.
