September 20, 1971 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence

~ aEter due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e teclassificetion oE the above described propecty Erom the R-A, AGRICULTUI2AL,
ZONE and County of Orange A1, GENERAL AGRICULT~iRAL DISTRICT, to the City of Anaheim R-H-
10,000 RESIDENTIAL HILLSIDE, 20NE.
2, That the proposed reclassification is in conformance wi.th and ueQ deaignations on
the General Plan.
