October 4, 1971, at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notlce of said public hearing l~aving been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with 4he provisiuns of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and ageir.st seid propased conditiona! use and to {nvestigate and make findings and recommendations in connecti~n
therewlth; end
WHERCAS, said Commissian, aftec due inspection, investigation, and study mede by ltself c~nd in its behalf, and
after due consideretion oE all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, doas flnd and detertnine the following facts:
1, Thek the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by COde
SBCTION 18.64.02:1~1-~ to wit: establi~sh a boarding house for the aged in an
existing dwelling.
2, That tt~e proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development oF
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3, Tl~at the size snd shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allnw the full development oE the
proposed use in a manner not det:imental to the particular eree nor to the peace, health, saEety, ar,d general welfere of
khe Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pennit under the conditions imposed, if any~ will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner atipulated to constructing an outside staircase in order to
provide a second exit to the second story, in conformance with the requirements c+f the
Building Code.
