WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
October 4, 1971 , at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearlr,g having been duly given as required by
law and in accordancr. wlth the provisions of the Araheim Municipel code, Chapter 18,64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egair,st said propospd conditiondl use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
10iiEREAS, said Comm:~~ion, after due inspectiun, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and
efter due conslderation of all evidence and reports oEEered at said hearing, does fInd and determine the following facts:
1, Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code
SECTIO~ 18.40 060(g) to wit: permit on-sale beer in an existing restaurar.t.

2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect. the adjoining land u: es and tlie growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed lo be located.
3, That the size and shape of tha site proposed for the use is adequate to ellow the full d~velopment nf the
propo$ed use in a manner not detrimentol to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit unde~r the conditions imposed, if uny, will not be detrimentel
to the pea.ce, health, safety, end general weifare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner stipulated that the serving of beer would be only incidental
to the serving of food, and that there wotsld be na h•ar or bar stools at any time in the
future.
