on October 4, 1971 , at 2:00 o'clock P.M,, notice of said public hearing having been duly given c~s required
by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chaptec 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence fot and egalnst said proposed variance end to investigake and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Cornmissi~n, after due inspection, invcstigetion, and study made by itselt and in its behalf,
and after due consideration oE all evidence end ceports offered at seid hearing, does find and determirte the following
facts:
