facts:

subject properey is now bounded on l•r:e east by property having a reaolution of intent to
the R-3 'Lone, the ~~aivpr of the one-story height limitation is r.o longer necessary.
3. That the petitioner atipulated to relocation o£ Lhe mair_ entrances tu Apartmer:t
Nos. 26, 27, 28 and 29, so that they will not be fecing the adjoir~ing aparlment units, there-
