That fire hydrants shall be installed as requixed and determined to be n~:cessary by tt~e ChieF of the Fire Department. 5. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 6. That a parcel map to record the approved division of subject •.roperty be submitted to and approved by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded i.n tt~e office of the Orange County Recorder. 7. That drai-iage of subject propexty shall be disposed of in a manner sat~sfactory to the City Engineer. t~. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 6, above mentioned, shall be compli~d with prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resolu- tion, or prior to the time that the builc;ing permit is issued, or within a perin~? of 180 days from date hereof, whichev~r oecurs first, or such £urttier tima as the Planning Commissi.on may grant. 9. That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 7, above ment•.oned, shall he c~~mplied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 10. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance ~ith plans and speciFications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
