law 3nd in ecrordance with !he provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

'~ 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which A Conditional Use Permit is authocized by Code
I'~ SECTION 18.52.050(1-h) to wit; establish a non-indusl-riel rraining center in
~,:;~ a porticn of an existing l~uilding.
2. That the proposed use will not advarsely affect the adjoining land ur;es and the growth and de~~elopment uF
the ares in which it is proposed to be located.
3, That the size and shape oE the site proposed Eor the use is adequate to allow the full development c,t the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the perticular area nor to the peace,, health, seEety, end general welfare of
the Citizens oE the City oE Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the C~uditione! Use Permit under 4he conditions imposed, if uny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citlzens of the City of Anaheim.
