WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Nall in the City of Anoheim on
November 15, 1971 at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
taw end in accordance with the provlsions oE the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18,64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said pronosed conditional use and to investigate e~,d make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WNEREAS, said Commission, after diie inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
aEter due consideration of all evidence aed reports offered et said hearing, does find and determin~ the following Eacts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is auih~ ;ized by COde
SECTION 18.G4 020(2-b) ta wit: establish a guest home Eor Ct?,~ eiderly persons.
2. That the proposed use will not edver~ely affect the adjoining land ~ses en.. . ~.~wth and development uf
the area in which it is pcoposed to be located. '
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed Eor the use is adequate to allow the fuil development of the
pmposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general weifere of
the Citizens of the City oE Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit t~nder the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

to the proposed use ot the subject property in order to preBerve the aefety and general wAlfare ot the Cltizens ot the
Clty of Anaheim:
