WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publi~ hearing at the CI1y Hall in the C;ity of Anehelm on
Novembe r 15 , 19 71 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and In accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,72, to hear end considet evldence
for end against seid proposed reclessification and to investigete end make findings end recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalE, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, doas find end determine the following facts:
1. '1'hat the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL,
ZONE to the M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, ZONG,
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with land use designations
of the General Plan.
' 3. Thet the ptoposed reclassification of subject propecty is necessery and/or desirable fotthe o~derly and pro-
per development of the community.
