2, Thet Waivers 1-a, 1-b, and 1-c, above mentioned, are hereby granted on the basis
that the proposed development is to be a condominium and similar waivers tiave been grant-
ed for condominium proposals on other properties in the City.
3, That CJaiver 1-d, above mentioned, i3 hereby denied, since the peEitioner stipu-
lated to providiag one-story de~velopme7t within 150 feet of the R-1 proper,ties located
across Dale Street in the City of Euena Park to the west.
4. That Waiver 1-e, above mentioned, is hereby granted on the basis that the pe~i-
tioner proposes a private patio berween the garage and th living unit, and said waiver
has been granted in the past on many apartment developments.
