That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code : SECTION 18.04.050(1) -.Permit expansion of. an exiatin~ automobile sates and service faci'~ity (a non-conforming ~ise). 2. That there ate exceptional ~r extraordinary circumctances or conditions appliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the property or ctass of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is necessery for the preservetion and enjoyment of a substential property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zotae, end denied to ;he ptoperty in question. 4.
