WHEREAS, the City Plenning Comrc~ission did hold n public hearing et the City Hall in the ~lty of Anaheim on
March 8, 1971, ^t 2:00 o'clock P.M, notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in accordence with the provi~~inns of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18,72, to hear end consider evidence
for end ageinst seid proposed reclassiticetion end to investigate and make find~ngs c~nd recommendations In connection

k efter due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered at said heering, does find end determine the following facts:

1, Thatthe Commission proposes a reclassification of the auove described property
trom ;.he hi-1 , Light Industrial, C-l, and C-2, ~eneral Commercial, C-3, Heavy Commercial,
ai~d R-A, Agricultural, Zor,es to the C-R, Commercial Recreation, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassiEicat:ion is in conformance wikh the General Plan.
