Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by COde ~ Section 18.64.020(2-b) to wit; establish a 218-space travel trailer park, with waiver of: SECTION 18.16.050(S-a~ - Minimum required frant se~back, (25 feet required; 15 feet proposeclj ~ ~ ,i . ~ 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and developinent uE the area in whic6 it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size a~id shape of the site proposed for the use is adequote to allow the full deveiopment c~f t}ie proposed use in a manner nnt detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace~ health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 4. 'T'hnt the ~ranting of the Conditional Use PPrmit under the conditions imposed, if any~ will not be detrimental to the peace~ health, safety, ar.d general welfore of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5 That the petitioner sti.pulated that all lols witnin khe proposed travel trailer park will be equipped with sewer traps; and t`~at •~:~o recrealion vehicle storage would be permitted on the property. 6.
