WHEREAS, said Commissinn, efter dua inspection, inves~igatlon, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and aEter due cunsideretion of all evidence and repocts offered e~ sa;d hearing, does find and determine the following
fects:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance [ram the Anaheim Municipel Code ;
SECTION 18.40.050(a) - CorLe r.eatuirement.that. parking be pro.v.~ded behind
a commerc'Ia31v used resis3ential st.r~ctur.e.
2. That the petitioner prop~ses to establish an office use in an existing residence.
