Zone to the C-1, General Commercial, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the Anaheim General Plan.

NOW, THER~FORE, BE .~T RESOLVED that the Anahe.; ~City Planning Commiasion
does hereby racommond to tha City Counci~ of tho City o£ Anaheim ~hat
subject Petition for Recla~sification be approved, and by so doing, that
Title-18 Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to or.clude the
above described propar~y from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and to incorporato
said described prop~rty tn~o t~lA C-l, GENGRAL COMMERCIAL, 7.ONE upon the
followir~g conditions which are herob,y found to be a neceasary prerequisite
to ~he proposed use of sub~ect property in ordar to preserve the safoty
and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
(1) That tho owner(s) of subject property ~hall pay to the City of Anahaim
the sum of 15~ per front £oot along Beach 9oulevard for tree planting
purposes,
That street lighting Pacilities along Beach Boulevard shall be
in~talled as required by the Director of Public Utilities, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and speci.fications on file in the affioe o£
the Director of Public Utilitiest and tl~at a bond in an amount and
£orm satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with rhe City
to guarantee the installation of the above mentioned requirements.
