Zone to the C-1, General Commercial, Zone.

Commercial, Zor~e, upon the following conditione which are hereby found to be a neceasary
prerequisite to the propoaed use of aub~ect property in ordex to preaerve the aefety and
$eneral welfare of the Citizena of the Ci.ty of Anaheim.
1. That th~ ownera of aubject property sha11 dee~ to the City of Anaheim a atrip of
