WNEREAS, the City Planning Commissio;~ did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
~ Apr± 1 19, 1971, at 2:00 O~CIJ~I: P.M., notice nf said public hearing having been duly given es required by

; law and in ~ccordance with tt;e provisions of the Anaheim Munlcipal code, Chnptet 78.64, to hear and conslder evidence
f~ for and egair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendatlons in connection

- ~ R WHGREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalE, and

1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Petmit is authorized by Code:
,~~ion 18.40.060(g) to wit: establish on-sale Yiquor sales in an existing restaurant
as a con£orming use, with walver of minimum required parking,

2, That the proposed use will not edversely effect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development uE
the erea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the f~.:ll development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, onci general welfHre of
the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. That the grenting oE tl~e Conditional Use Pennit under the conditions imposed, iE u~y, will not be deirimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare nf the Citizens of the Gity of Anaheim.
