1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authacized by COde
Section i8.40,050(g) to wit: permit on-sal~e liquor in a proposed cocktail :ounge serving
adults only on eubject property.
2. That the proposed use will not advers~ly effect the adjoin.ing land uses end the growth end development uf
~ the area in which it is proposed to be located.
. 3, Thet the size and shape oE the site proposed fo; the use is adequate to ellow the full Cevclopment of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
