That the proposed use is properly one Eor which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Cod~ 18.64.020(1-d) to wit: establish a miniature golf course on subject property. 2. That the proposed use will not edversely a£fect the adjoining land uses end the gro~vth and development uF the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site ptoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development uE tfie proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular arPa nor to the peace, health, sefety, and genecal welEare of the Citi~ens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions impose~l, iE any, will not be detrimentAl to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oF Anaheim. 5. That although dedication has been accepted by the City of Anaheim for the extensio of Hayward Street northerly across the westerly portion of- subject property, it is recommend that consideration be given by the City Council to grant a tempurary encroachment over said road easement until such time as said street sha11 be extended northerly. 6.
