as that porti.on of the Northeaet quarker of the Southease quarter of Section 14, in Township

wHEREAS, the City P1enning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
May 3, 1971, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anehefm Municipal code, Cl~apter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end agair,st said pcoposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigatton, and study made by itself and in its beh~lf, and
due conside~ation of all evidence end reports offered a4 said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one Eor which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Cod~
18.64.020(1-d) to wit: establish a miniature golf course on subject property.
2. That the proposed use will not edversely a£fect the adjoining land uses end the gro~vth and development uF
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site ptoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development uE tfie
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular arPa nor to the peace, health, sefety, and genecal welEare of
the Citi~ens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions impose~l, iE any, will not be detrimentAl
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oF Anaheim.
5. That although dedication has been accepted by the City of Anaheim for the extensio
of Hayward Street northerly across the westerly portion of- subject property, it is recommend
that consideration be given by the City Council to grant a tempurary encroachment over said
road easement until such time as said street sha11 be extended northerly.
6. That 4 letters were received in favor of subjecr petition, two being from adjacent
single family property owners requeating that Hayward Street not be extended norkherly.
