WHERFAS, the City Plenning Commiasion of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petltion for Verience fcom

erty aituated in the City oF Anaheim, County of Ora~nge, State of Californis, described as
Lot I23 of Tra~t No. 6409; and
WHEREAS, the Clty Planning Commisaion did hold a public headng et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Jur.e 26, 19 i 2, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es requiced by
lew end in acwcdence wlththe provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to heer and conaider evldence fot
