therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, eEter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, end
atter due consideretion of all evidence end reperts ofEered et seid hearing, does E3nd end dete:mine the following fects:
1. That the proposEd use is properly one Eor which a Conditionel Uae Permit is authorized by COde Section
1A.40.060(j) to wit: establieh an automobil~ rental agency.
2. That the proposed use will not edvecsely aEfect the edjoining land uses end the growth and development ut
the area in which it is proposed to be locoted.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete 4o allow the Eull devetopment oE the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the perticuler eree nor to the peece, health, safety, and genera! welfere oE
the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the grenting oE the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, iE ony, will not be detrimental
to the pence, health, safety, and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. Thae the petitionet• etipul&[ed th5t no more than 56 vehiclea would be diaplayed for
rEnt or lease at any one time or. tl~e property~
6. That the petitioner atipulated that there would be no car washing or servicing of
the vehicles or. che premises.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City P1enning Commission does hereby grant subJect
petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the followIng conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequislte
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the setety end generel welfare oE the Citlzens of the
City of Anaheim:
(1) That the vel~ieLlar acceas rig'r~ts, except at street snd/or alley openinge, to Acama

(2) Thac s•abject property stall be deveYoped ~ubstantislly in eccordance ~with plans and
