THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCI: N0. 2355 BE GRANTED IN PART
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiasion oE the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Vaciance from

Ca~.ifornia 90028, Owner; JOHN L. OSBORNE, 1881 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Califo~nia
92801, Agent of certair. real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Crange,
State o£ California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as
though set forth in full; and
WHEREAS, the City Plonning Commis~ion did hold, a public hearing et the City HeII in the City of Aneheim on
July 10, 1972, at 2:00 o'r.lock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving bten duly given es required by
lew and in eccoedence wlth the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municlpel Code, Chapter 1$.68, tn heer and consider evidence for

and

for Waivers 1-a, 1-b, and 1-e, above mentioned.
3. That the petitioner had removed all of the illegal signs relating to the service
station operation and had pruposed one free-standing sign to be located in the southwest corner
of the property.
4. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or condirions applicable to
the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to
the Qroperty or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
5. That the requested variance i§ necessary for the preservation and 2njoyment of a sub-
stantial property right poaseased by other proper*_} in the same vicinity and zone, and denied
to the pi~perty in question. ~ •
6. That the requeated variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
or injuriaus to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zon~ in which the property
