THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2390 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planni.:¢ Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive e verified Petition Eor Variance

WHEREAS, the City Planning Cammission did hold e public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim

by law and in eccocdance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end consider
evideuce for end egeinst seid proposed varience end to investigete end make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and

end after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered et seid hearing, does find und determirte the following
facts:

manner so as to not interfere witn adequate site line distance for autornobiles approachinq
this Incal street intersection.

posed use of the subject property in ~~cde: to preserve the sefety end generel welfere o[ the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That subject propert.y shall be developed aubatantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on £ile wi~th the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
(2) That Condition No. 'l, above mentioned, ehall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspeatioiss.
