WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City oE Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Con-

in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. described

as cequired by law and in eccordance wlth the pcovisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64,to hear
and consider evidence for end egalnst seld proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make iindings end

5. That the proposed dwelling unit density ~s too great to provide an
acceptable living en~irc:ament in th:s type of project.
6. That the proposal provided inadequate protection for the adjacent
single-family residential properties and the applicant was unwilling to
provide the type of buffering technique suggested by the Planning Ccmmission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commisalon does hemby deny subject
