Auguet 21, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid publie hearing heving been duly given as required by
law end In ecrnrdence wlth the provisions o( the Aneheim Municipel code, Chepter 16.G4~ to hear end consider evidence
for end egelr.st said proposed conditional use and to investigete and meke findings and recommendetions in eonnection
therewith; aed
WHEREAS, seld Commlesion, aEter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itselE end in its behalf, and
efter due consideretion of ell evidence end reports oEfered et seid heering, does find end detecmine the following tects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel Use Permlt is authorized by Code Section
18.40.060(g) to wit: establieh on-xele beer and wine in an exieting Italian restaurant.

5. That the petitioner stipulated to serving beer and wine only and thet the houra
of uperation would be from 11:00 a..m, to 11:00 p.m.
6. That the petitioner stipulated there would be no bar and that the serving of w'ne
and beer would be in conjunction with the serving of food only.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tnat the Aneheim City Pla~tning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditioaal Usc Permit, upon the Eollowing conditions which ere hereby found to be e necessary p:erequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety end general welfoee of ihe Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
(1) That the final parkina plan shall be approved by theDevelopment Services Department,
and any landscaped areas in the parking area shali be prutected with six-inch high concrete
curbs and concrete wheel s~ops shall be provi.ded for parking spaces as rrquired by the Devel-
opment Services Department.
(2) That suUj;:c*_ property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plana
and specifications on £ile with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
(3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
Uuililing and zoning inspections.
(4) That only beer and wine shall be served and that the hours of operation shall be
from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. as stipulated to by the petitioner.
(5) That there shall be no bar and that the serving of beer and wine shall. be in %:on-
juncti~n with ttie serving of food only.
