THAT PETITION FOR CONOITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. BE GRANTED

in the City of Anaheim, Cou,ity of Orange, State of California, described as
the west 10.00 acres of the south half o£ the southo~est quar~er of the
northwest quarter of section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the
Ranci~o San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of th~ county recorder of said county
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
January 10 , 1972 , at 2:00 o'clock P.M., nr.tice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in acrntdnnce with the provisions of the An~heim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigete end make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
aEter due consideretion of all evidence and reports offeced at said heering, doee find and deteanine the following Eacts:
1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code
SECTION 18.52.050(1-h) to wit: establish a non-industrial training center in a portion of
an existing industrial building.
2. That the proposed use will not edversely affect. the adjoining land uses end the growth and development of
the erea in which it is pcoposed to be located.
3. That the size nnd shape of the site pcoposed for the use is edequete to ello v the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the particular erea nor to the peece, health, sEfety, and general welfere of
the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Peanxt under the conditians imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safely, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City oi Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE FT RESOLVED thet~the Anaheim City Plenning Ccmmission does hereby grant subject
petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the foilowing conditions which ere heceby found to be a necessery pcerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to pcesecve the sefety and genecel welfece of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
(1) That subject property shall be developed substantiaZiy in accordance with plans
and specifications an file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit lJus. 1. 2, and 3.
(2) That the proposed use is granted for a period of three years and upon expiration
of ~~aid three years, the use shall be reviewed by the Planning Commissio~ to determine its
effect on the adjoining industrial property; and that upon request by the petitioner, addi-
tional extensions may thcn be granted upon e~proval by~the Planning Commission and/or City
Council.
