A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL LJSE PERMIT 1~2~ BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a vetif;ed Petition fur Con-
ditional Use Permit from PRIMUS HOLDING COMPANY, 9889 Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills,
California 90212; ANACLARA PROPERTIES~ in care of Valensi and Rose, 1880 Century F'ark
East, Suite 1518, Century City, Los Aiigeles, California 90067; Owners; JACK LOVE A.SSO-
CIATES, INCORPORATED, 4341 Birch Street, Newpo~t Beach, California 92660, Agent of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orenge, State of Cali-
fornia, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though
set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a pubiic heacing et the City Hall in the Cit~~ of Anaheim
on September 6, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given
es required by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipa] code, Chapter 18.64,to hear
ar.d considet evidence for and egainst seid proposed conditional usr and to investigate and make findin~s and
recommendetions in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, an~ study made.by itself end in its be-
half, end after due consideration of ell evidence and repurts oEfeced at .eid hearing, does find and determine the
following facts: .
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Condition9l [1se Permit is aythorized by .Code Section
Z8.52.050(1-g) to wit: establish a rest,aurant with cocktail lounge.
2. That the proposed use will adveraely affect l•he adjoining land uses ar.d the
growth and development of the area in whick it is proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed restaurant is an integral part of the recreaCional vehicle
sales and service center and since the variance for that use was denied, the restaurant
could not be approved separately.
