RESOLUTION NO. PC72-24
A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY FLANNING ~OMMISSION OF T?iE
CITY OF ANAHEINI TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
OF CONDITZONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1140 THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Commiss;.on on October 20, 19Ei9, in
Resolution No. PC69-213 granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1140 in
part to permit the expansion o~ an existing church on Portion A and
establish an apaitment development for the elderly with a comm~nal
eating facility on Portion B, with waivers; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Commis~ion, on February 7, 1972.
in Resolution No. PC72-23, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1289,
to permit the establishment of an apartment development for the
el~er.ly, with waivers,on the same property as covered by Conditional
Use Permit No. 1140; and ~
t~hIEREAS, the petitioner stated that development of the previous
apartment development for the eldeily with a communal eating facility
would not be establishE3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planni.ng
Cummission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use
Permit No. 1140 on the basis that the petiti~ner no longer plans to
exercise the use permitted, and based on the foregoing findings.
