A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 0? THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1100 THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission at public hearing on March 24, 1969,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1100 in Resolution No. PC69-56, subject to conditions;
and
- WHEREAS, although the restaurant was developed on the property, scid use has been
discontinued, and the petitioner requested terminaEion of Conditional Jse Permit No. 1100
since he no longer intenda to use Che property in the manner granted; and ."
WH~RFAS, the petitioner has indicated his intent to re-estabiish a aervice atation
on the property once the restaurant has been demoliahed, and a aervice etation would be
permitted as a matter of right at this location with the current zoning of C-3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission doea
hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Pex~nit No, 1100 on the basis of the
foregoing findings. ~
